      “Singing for Fun at the Lumini”
During September 11 to 14, 2025 a temporary, inflatable structure, the Lumini, was installed in the Newmarket Memorial Gardens.
MBC was invited by “MarketPlace Arts” to hold “Singing for Fun” sessions in the structure and two 30 minute sessions took place on the afternoon of September 14.
An issue was that words would need to be printed which gave copyright concerns.
As the night before had been “The Last Night of the Proms” at the Royal Albert Hall, and the following Wednesday would be the annual “LNOP” regular Singing for Fun, it was decided that shoukld form the basis of the set list, which was:
